In this case, however, shameful - the last position assumed OpenDNS. To the astonishment, in the first place was not TPSA, just off cable Koszalin DNS:)

Summing up:

Unfortunately, Google does not accelerate in Poland, and even slow the use of the Internet.

Here, just after Luke Wiecek quote:

Since I will add only that the operators will also seek to choose the DNS servers so that "their" users are the best, and not necessarily those acting in a single operator, using the second server (though not always).
